biography

Coming from a deep history & appreciation of music ranging from Latin, Rock, Hip Hop, Jazz, Funk, Dub & World Classical, Nickodemus & Osiris never fall short of pushing new boundaries in music. Their first track together, produced in 1999 under the name "Circadian Rhythm" with Little Jay, marked the beginning to their collaboration of fusing World, Jazz, Funk, into heavy Dance Floor Grooves. "Although the music is electronic, the live instrumentation & improvisation gives it the human feel that we love." After a very long car ride from Cincinatti to NYC, the duo have made a commitment to making NYC, their hometown, the launching pad for "music that will rock dancefloors worldwide!" Since then, they have been consistently making music for the "Turntables on the
Hudson" compilations, remixing several artists, & forging ahead on the completion of their first full length album for Giant Step entitled, "Inside the Dance."
