"Seeking, mixing and communicating like no other, Michael "Soulpatrol" Rütten presents a weekly show that provokes positive feedback from all over the world. Some compare him to a certain mate in the UK, others salute him for dropping the odd techno tune among jazz and worldmusic gems. This is
freestyle, done right.
Tunes that simply put a shake in your step, sweat on your brow and send shivers up your syncopated spine.
Guest mixers so far have included diverse heads such as Quantic, Maurice Fulton, Nicola Conte, Mr. Scruff, John Kong, Ame, Beanfield, Makossa & Sugar B, Jazzanova, Rainer Truby, Ben Mono, London Elektricity and Carl Craig.
And if you're around in Frankfurt, Michael's homebase, catch him spinning at the now legendary LAZY. summer sessions or at his Cosmic Funk clubnights @ Hafen2. . . and many one offs. That's the way they still like to do it in Frankfurt."
