Giant Step is proud to announce Matthew Herbert featuring his live band and a special performance by Skye - the voice of Morcheeba.

Known for stretching boundaries and breaking the conventions traditionally associated with electronic music, UK artist Matthew Herbert has delivered nine albums of self-written, produced and performed music. He has also contributed production work to Bjork and remixed artists as varied as Moloko, R.E.M., Perry Farrell, Serge Gainsbourg, Zero 7, Yoko Ono, John Cale, The Avalanches and Cornelius. His latest album released earlier this year, "Scale" is a culmination of these achievements, with mixings of luxuriant jazz, sumptuous disco and sensual house rhythms. In this rare NY performance, Herbert will drop his funky house beats alongside his live band.
