Televised awards shows now are like the Von Dutch trucker caps of the music industry...EVERYBODY'S got one, they cost more than they're worth and they're usually undisputedly cheesy and tacky.

Is anyone watching this nonsense? MC Hammer, the wack Reggaeton presentation and Jamie Foxx's acapella sounding uncannily like O.D.B. trying to sing?!?!? At least Kanye took over and set it right. And they gave a nod to Luke Skyywalker (2 Live Crew) being that they're in Miami...nice touch. Hopefully the rest of this show won't eat it.
