I don't agree with GS on this new change either but what can you do? I got a new podcast up myself. As you all know I've been doing some totally different stuff on my podcast. I wanted to really dig into the past and learn about music. Plus I didn't want to be like everyone else at the same time. I realize its not for everyone, but go ahead and check it out. You will realize where some of this music comes from.

Aye GS fam. I was sitting here thinking, "I wanna do something different for June's trade." I came up with the idea to do a "GS Trade Partner Contest". This is how it'll work:

The contest will be open to current GS members both old & new who have created an OFFICIAL GS PROFILE.

The GS member that refers the most NEW GS MEMBERS for the month of June will receive a grand prize pack that'll include a $25 (in the form of either a gas card or gift certificate, NO CASH) and hot new music.

THERE ARE NO TRICKS, NO GIMMICKS, NO FINE PRINT!

***However, there are a few things: All NEW GS MEMBERS will have to create a GS PROFILE (only takes a minute) and notify me of which current GS MEMBER refered them to the GS TRADE, as well as their contact info (for prize purposes). I will personally verify this so please don't try to and create extra GS profiles and think that I won't know that it's still you.

NEW GS MEMBERS will be credited to the person that DIRECTLY refered them. For example--->if KDilla refers DJ Veggie to the trade, and then DJ Veggie refers Artvibes to the trade, then KDilla is only credited for bringing DJ Veggie and DJ Veggie is only credited with bringing Artvibes. KDilla wouldn't be credited for bringing both DJ Veggie and Artvibes. This way, everybody gets credited with what they personally put in work for. You get it?

EVERYONE that participates (OLD & NEW GS MEMBERS) will recevie free music courtesy of yours truly.

Now, I realize that some of us are in cities where we perhaps don't do as much driving as others. That's why I added the gift card/certificate part. I'm also aware that we have GS fam outside the U.S. and with the difference in currency, $25 U.S. dollars may be more or less in other parts of the world. In that event, the proper equivalent in U.S. dollars would be sent instead.

This is just my humble attempt to give back, invite more people to connect via their passion for REAL MUSIC and to experience the sense of community that this music fam has to offer.
