Hello Everyone -
I just wanted to let you know about my website that launched this past week. Since 2003, I have been running a program called 'Cover Your Lover', which aims to reduce the number of HIV/AIDS infections through abstinence/safer sex education - using the music/entertainment world as a catalyst. Since I am a hip-hop journalist, I started it to target the hip-hop culture after noticing the lack of education and abundance of ignorance concerning AIDS. But now, it's expanded to all types of music. You can read about it more in detail on the website on the 'stillness in time' page. It's not based with religion or politics, just with truth.
Anyway, the guestbook should be up later this week, but please go check out the site. There will be various interviews with big and small stars of music, all with a voice and opinion about the sexual health crisis concerning everyone, not just youth. You will find facts about STD's, as well as testing information, fun links (including giant step), trivia games etc. Although the program is based where I live, on the testing page is a link for those that are around the USA and around the world and want or need to know more about AIDS, where to get tested and/or support.
This month interviews are singer Carol Riddick - www.carolriddick.net and percussionist from Jamiroquai - Sola Akingbola - www.solaakingbola.com.
If you have or are an artist who wants to be interviewed, hit me up!
If there are suggestions or you need help with an issue, please don't hesitate to contact me at coveryourlover@msn.com. It will all be confidential. Fighting HIV/AIDS and reducing infections is my passion - everything else is truly secondary.

The website and program are a constant work in progress.
Thanks and have a great week, Deesha
