Yes, that Paradiso footage is gorgeous, but even better is the news that Mark is coming back to Los Angeles to do a live set here for the first time—with Bembe S. and Noelle from The Rebirth (!!!!) on vocals, and live drums. Same set-up as the Paradiso set, but with Noelle and Bembe together handling vocals it will be sublime, and of course pure dancefloor killer action all night. Show is

Yea bro, Freesoul Sessions is NICE. I don't know why i said freestyle? dizzuh. I know better (although it is freestyle). Saw MdCL do a Freesoul Session show the first night of three nights held in ATL during Montreux. Julie Dexter on vocals, too! Whaaaat?!?!? Along w/ Soweto Kinch (Jazz Jamaica Allstars) and a slew of ATL cats blowin' for like 3-4 hours. Def a night to remember. Gotta get Legends of the Underground OST and the Politik album SOON! holla...peace.
