where did u read or learn that? did sony release a statement?
if it does finally happen in 10, there better be a huge promo blitz. Yes the fact that itll be 9yrs will make demand, but I want these young kids 2 b introduced 2 GOOD music, not this crap from usher(luv idc) & MC(tmb).
i do like how Columbia has faith in LaurynHill & Maxwell. Other labels woulda dropped them.

Now all we have is Musiq who's music gets more and more watered down and cookie-cutter with every release, Jill Scott, and Angie Stone. Of course there's more, but not many more that truly MATTER.

I'm ready to put a concert together that the neo-soulsters will never forget in The Big Easy. Mar 1st, 2007 at 02:37:16 AM EST My fellow Maxwell fans today the spark of passion and enthusiasm that has been lyi'n dormant within eruptd, it was spontaneous and uncontrollable as i stumblld across Maxwell's release of Black summer's night.... yes... i will admit i never thought it would happen but the anticipation that has been buildn up made the announcmnt all the more enjoyable.

Dec 9th, 2005 at 12:51:13 AM EST I'm amazed that they haven't released this Unplugged Concert on DVD. I am very fortunate to have recorded off the TV years ago. I just transfered it into the computer and it looks pretty decent in my iPod video. If it were to become available, i'd buy it in a heartbeat. It's been a LONG while for even a new Album release. I wonder what happened? Hmm....?
