bjork is so dope and giantstep is so dope. what would you expect from a listening pary? of course people are sitting down. thy're listening and socializing. it's a good time.

I went, and had a good time. I liked the visuals of Bjork's videos on the big screen and her new cd. It was also nice to meet GS members in an intimate unpretentious atmosphere. I wasn't expecting a club nite plus Bjork's new cd is an acapella work so it comes off quieter than music with added instrumentation. I am enjoying these parties now before they get too crowded.

Ah well!

i was going to hit it up, but my friend who went called me up and said not to bother. she said it was LAAAAAAAAME - couldn't hear the music, ppl were just sitting down talking to each other, etc.

i wouldn't be expecting people to be dancing and wylin' out or what have you.

what can i say? she's a hater, too.
