Hey all, sorry for the delay we think we have narrowed down the problem, we have launched the fixes and it's working on all of our testing machines... Give us a shout if you are still having problems, otherwise enjoy the music!

i've been having probelms with the jukebox, too. i'm using safari on Panther (MAC).
same m.o., it launches and then stalls out at about 75%. this has been going on for me at least a month.

Hey All,
The Jukebox works fine for me...just a thought. I have made one slight configuration change. I am using Windows XP 2600 Service Pack 2, with IE6. I have Cable Modem over a Wireless network. I was using the WPA Security protocol but I am now just using MAC address filtering as I found that to be too unstable. And when I tried the jukebox it worked straight away....I don't know whether this has anything to do with it?
Either way KL is a happy bunny
:o)

good to know. this is the first instant of it not working on IE on Windows XP (PC) ... it is working on our machines with the same setup, so i guess we have a big task ahead of us! oy ....
I still recommend changing from IE :)
i believe these might be different issues because on IE mac, the jukebox is crashing at 25% ... which is doing a completely different "task" then at 75%. we will keep truckin ...
if anyone has anymore information, let us know ... any clues are helpful.
congrats to gs ... this only started happening when the data transfer of mp3's passed 1.5 terrabytes! thats 1,500 Gigabits .... pretty impressive.

Nah peculiarfish, it (the Jukebox) was acting funny on my computer as well and I'm running IE on Windows XP (PC). Just seems like it was starting to launch, but stalled at 75% capacity. Usually I could just close out of the Jukebox and re-launch and it would work correctly, but towards the end of this week I wasn't having much luck with that work around.

website is broken? you mean the jukebox is still broken on IE correct? thats the only think we know about right now (and a couple other things).
As for that, we are still trying to work it out. this is only an Internet Explorer issue (unless someone can say otherwise). It works in every other browser ... and i believe its only on IE on a mac (unless someone can say otherwise).
I still recommend changing browsers, even AOL Moviefone doesn't support Internet Exporer on a Mac anymore! Try it, they say to change browsers (or everything is messed up if you get there).
Netscape, Safari, Mozilla, FireFox, Camino are all good alternatives.
Other than that, sorry for the delay ... we truly are still working on it.
thanks for your patience.
