Everyone’s talking about Noah and the Whale, and real soon there’ll be another 20,000 people talking about them as we’re absolutely thrilled to announce the amazing folk-rock four-piece will be gracing the Get Loaded Main Stage as the final act added to the bill. We always try and keep at least one slot back for one final breakthrough band (e.g. last year we nabbed Newton Faulkner the week he went No.1!) and we’re over the moon to have captured NATW before future summer smash ‘Five Years Time’ is set to gatecrash the UK Top 10. Taken from the album ‘Peaceful the World Lays Me Down’ (released on 11 August), ‘Five Years Time’ is a wonderfully cheery feel-good song and the perfect festival soundtrack. Whereas last year Rhianna gave us her ‘Umbrella’ track and months of rain, it looks like Noah and the Whale are the real reason behind the recent good weather as they sing about “Sun, Sun, Sun all over our bodies”!!
