FM radio is. Just tune onto Gilles Peterson Worldwide on Radio One. He was playing "Betcha did" a couple of years ago.

Just picked up the wax on the Rideaway Getaway -- Spinna's arrangement really elevates the entire feeling. I can't tell you how many times this record has had me smiling! And Carleen's voice has gotten so much richer - the girl is just NICE. The classic ringers - her days with the Disciples and her own solo - have her singing in long range notes like she was back in church with Jhelisa & Pamela, but she's been getting some practice (maybe with Dana Bryant or Numbers), and you can tell. Yeah, it's definitely a soulful deep house jam, but she sounds so confident and humble -- not like some other run-of-the-mill house vocalist. ****...why can't FM Radio be this moving???

"Feed The Cat" was a sleeper. I love the Spinna remix of "Rideaway Getaway". Pure dancefloor bliss. I can't tell you how many nights i've danced into oblivion to that one. The Carleen Anderson vocal was a treat (hadn't heard from her since her "Mama Said" days). Can't wait for the next album.
