See. That's what happens when you get a major label on you. Not good. Motown needs a new leader!! Or, would it be better to lock-up with an active indie like MF Dooom's label, Jux or hte like.
i was just thinking about donnie and how much of a wonderful entertainer he is. i saw him twice in intimate venues and really dug him. the album is amazing and he puts on a good show. he gets very personal and just exposes his life on stage. definitely keep us posted if anyone knows about him and his new project or concert dates. i will be there.
Donnie is a truly talented brother "Colored Section" cd doesn't sound tired and I have heard it more than a couple of times.
Donnie is getting ready to release a new project. He's doing great - still sounding great, and ready for the next step in his career. I recently had a chance to experience him performing some of his new material here in Atlanta. It was good to see him rocking the set again. He was energetic and passionate on stage - as always. His Motown site doesn't always give you the latest and greatest in news or events, but keep your eyes open!!
Since the album came out I have not been able to get any updated information on Donnie. No concert news, etc. Can anyone help? I love live music and missed him in LA and would love another opportunity. Thanks
