I've had these dates on my calender for awhile and almost forgot to get my tix. I've seen Ledisi about 4/5 times this year. I can't wait to see her next week. I love how she works the stage. Vocals are like Gumbo with a splash of Chaka. She gives a really great show. You can really tell she loves what she does. I heard a couple of her songs that might be on the next cd, a nice R&B joint. As she call it. Sorta reminds me of Meet Me at the Hotel. :)

Ledisi has a couple gigs in the UK and then she's coming back to NYC, DC and MD (November gigs)... She just left London, and I heard she's got some new music and several cds coming out!!!!
