VV Brown covered Gwen Guthrie’s hit “Padlock” as part of HMV’s My Inspiration series, where artists choose musical influences and pay tribute by covering their music.

VV’s cover, “Padlock,” is layered with big vocals, synths and power chords, as any 80s pop hit should be. Now we know where she gets it.
