Straight from Jacksonville, Florida, Willie Evans Jr. brings us Billy Lotion which is an inspired "beat cd" made after listening to Aloe Blacc's most recent album, Good Times (hence the "inspired" artwork). The emcee, producer, and visual artist will be releasing his full length project, Introducin' July 19th on High Water Music. Judging from the quality of his music, this is going to be something to look forward to.
