Called CHURCH Vol. 3, the jazz mixtape celebrates the one year anniversary of MdCL's monthly party at Angel's Piano Bar in Santa Monica (first Sundays). The event features a live acoustic jazz trio set, improvised electronic beats with special guests, and of course, some amazing DJ sets.

There are really incredible remixes and interpretations of some favorites on here. Do take a listen and download this - it almost shouldn't be free.

Husband-wife future pop duo New Look just released a new single in preparation for their debut album, which releases October 4th.

"Janet" sees vocalist Sarah Ruba dancing circles around her peers with an impressive vocal range and delivery. In parts, there is almost a preservationist attention to detail in the 80's electro pop vibe they got going on, yet the song is still undeniably fresh and new.

Japanese composer and producer Makoto has a new single called "Tower of Love" and it's pretty frickin rad. The funky jazzy track is topped with a very catchy retro soul melody by Paul Randolph. Sort of reminiscent of Cee-Lo at times.
