Dreamy and haunting new band IO Echo have just released their East Asia-centric video for "Berlin, It's All A Mess." Interesting marriage of locales. Really liking the colors and textures in the visuals and the sound is something like a semi-extra terrestrial lullaby. Take a look yourself and find a neat way to try and package it.

Look out for the group's debut album in early 2013.
