All Points West Music & Arts Festival returns to Liberty State Park on the weekend of July 31-Aug 2. The second Annual Festival features a crazy lineup of 65 artists and comedians on three stages, plus a gorgeous view of the Manhattan skyline and plenty of beer gardens. In response to concerns from last year, festival producers are making extra changes to improve the experience for ticket holders, from increasing the frequency and size of the Manhattan ferry to improving the concert grounds with shorter lines, shade tents and more.
