Later in the show, he dives into jazz with a special ‘Deep End’ mix including Mary Lou Williams, Max Roach, Dewey Redman, Chico Hamilton, Roy Ayers, Stanley Cowell, and more of course. The show was recorded shortly after the terribly sad news of Guru‘s passing. So naturally it includes a big chunk of Gangstarr – represent.
