To wrap up our final Hudson event of 2009 we asked our friend Danny Krivit to come through and work his magic. He kindly obliged us. The dancing was frenzied to say the least, and the crowd was as hot as ever. We hope you all had a phenomenal end of year and wish you plenty more dancing to come.
The holiday season is meant to be filled with joyous rapture, and Monday night at Hudson with Turntables on the Hudson & Melting Pot Global was exemplary of this. The celebration continues with Danny Krivit taking over on Monday, December 28th for the final Hudson party of 2009!
From the first second to the last downbeat, the band played nonstop. There were no pauses, there was no break. Raphael Saadiq was flying a fully packed time machine to the ’60s, and it was a smooth ride. If you missed it here are a few pictures that captured the feeling.
On Monday, Dec. 7 Corinne Bailey Rae gave her first New York City performance in years at the Hiro Ballroom. It was a near magical evening, and the crowd was mesmerized from beginning to end. Here are a few snapshots from the sold out show.
Last Friday during Art Basel weekend in Miami, FL, Kid Sister along with Miami’s hottest DJ, DJ Induce, showed us how to loose control poolside at The Delano Hotel. It was a hot performance accompanied by hot dancers and even hotter costumes.
