54th Annual Grammy Award Nominations

Nominees have been announced for the 2012 Grammys. Of course, we got the assumed contenders like Rihanna, Kanye, Nicki Minaj, Coldplay, Bon Iver, and yeah, Wiz Khalifa. But personally, we are especially excited about several of our prided projects getting nominated this year! And probably not surprising that miss Adele is definitely taking the cake here. Many congratulations to some great artists and musicians! The 54th Grammys will air on Feb 12th. For a full list of the nominees, click here.

Michael James & Federico Grazzini – “Magnetic”

Just loving this Michael James & Federico Grazzini track we stumbled across. Called “Magnetic,” the deep house track features super chill vocals from a lovely lady by the name of The Real O’C.

Definitely wait until the 1:20 mark so you can really hear her voice, which feels like a cross between Adele and Corrine Bailey Rae – loving the juxtaposition of the soulful vocals against the slightly trance-ish track.

The track is part of new label Channel Zoo’s first release, the 001 EP.
