Producer and melodic lyricist Xolisa recently released her debut video via a track she calls “Be Felt.” The Canadian vocalist blends jazz, soul, hip hop and spoken word vibes to create music that is reminiscent of that nostalgic feel good of the late 90s and early 00s.
Reminds us a fair amount of Bahamadia with her flow, actually. She’s also been compared to be “reminiscent of an early Ursula Rucker.” However you look at it, all we know is that this ish is buttery smooth and could easily stir up some trouble…
Be wary of pressing play on this one; This is some baby making music.
Thanks to our friends at BamaLoveSoul for putting us on!
