Induce Releases Latest Single “Pretty” From Upcoming Album, Halfway Between Me And You

The always soulful Induce has released his latest single, “Pretty” b/w “Get Down Saturday Night,” produced by Induce and Manuvers, respectively. His upcoming album, Halfway Between Me And You, is distributed through Fat Beats (physical/digital).

Halfway Between Me And You is a long time coming. Ever since the early age of five, while singing Marvin Gaye’s “Sexual Healing” in a department store, Induce has been tuning his voice for this moment. In addition to his DJ career, he realized his untapped potential for crafting and writing songs. Joined by friends Manuvers, Mr. Familiar (Solange Knowles, 50 Cent) and Jack Splash (of Plant Life), the album became a family affair.

The Wonderful Sound of Induce: “Her & I” + MP3

The Miami DJ, Induce, unleashes his previously hidden vocal skills on his new single, “Her & I”.  Induce has been known for his left field hip hop and instrumental music, so the single, which is first off his album, Halfway Between Me & You, is a move in a different direction.  The single, like much of the album, is punchy and soulful, with a carefree dance tune and passionate vocals.  On the album, Induce is joined by Manuvers, Mr. Familiar, and Jack Splash.

Induce‘s upcoming album, Halfway Between You and Me is due out April 2011.
