Having received praise from Pitchfork and remixed the likes of Jamie Lidell, Kelis, and Nicki Minaj, Glasgow producer Rustie is out with his debut album today. Glass Swords is a heavily experiential electronic album marrying Japanese prog-rock, 16-bit video game sonics, grime, and Detroit techno into what sounds like the future. Above, you'll find a clip of the title track.

The Harlem-bred singer, Kelis, has a brand new video out for her song, "Brave", which is off her latest album, Flesh Tone. It's a very simple yet fresh video, and honestly, we don't mind staring at Kelis' face for 3 minutes and 40 seconds!
The always forward thinking Kelis, released the video for her latest single "Scream" yesterday in 3D. The new album Fleshtone, released earlier this Summer, gave birth to a brand new sound, and a wild new image of the bossiest lady in hip-hop.
Kelis' new album Flesh Tone hits stores today and has already been tipped as one of 2010's "Best Bets" by Billboard. The David Guetta-produced single "Acapella" is already an international No. 1 hit, while the festive "4th of July (Fireworks)" is a club banger that mixes R&B soulfulness and electro breaks with a rip-roaring wobbly bass riff. Kelis says of the album, "there's a physicality behind it - it's about blood, muscle, heart. I was pregnant when I recorded 75 or 80 percent of this music... And that became a real driving force for me. She also worked with label head will.i.am, Alle, Benny Benassi, Free School, Boys Noize and Burns to achieve her club-ready sound.
