New Release: Jenna Andrews – ‘Kiss and Run EP’

By now singer/songwriter Jenna Andrews has got to have you feeling some sort of way with that totally unfair cooing voice of hers. We’ve shared a few tracks to whet your appetite so far: “Mourning Sickness,” “Kiss and Run,” and “I Didn’t Mean It.”

And today, you can have all the rest with the release of Jenna’s 7-track Kiss and Run EP, featuring an all-star production cast: The Messengers (Justin Bieber, Chris Brown), Dan Heath (Lana Del Rey), Doc McKinney (The Weeknd, Drake, Mary J. Blige), Adam Pallin (Cobra Starship), Jake Gosling (Ed Sheeran, Paloma Faith, Lady Gaga, Far East Movement), and Wayne Wilkins (Beyonce, Jordin Sparks, Cheryl Cole).

The determined artist’s passion seamlessly translates from her story to honest, real lyrics that she aims to use to help give ‘little girls and young women hope that their dreams can come true.’ We can get behind that, no doubt.

Also today, Jenna released her video for “Weapon,” which happens to be one of our favorite tracks off the EP. And yet another gorgeous video to complement a candid song about the double edged sword that love can often be.

Video: Zedd – “Spectrum” (Piano Version)

German electro producer Zedd shows off some serious piano skillage in the above piano version of his “Spectrum” single. Dude looks mad young and he’s already a multiple time #1 spot guy at Beatport and a Lady Gaga tour mate, too?! Get em, boo.

Hear the original version for “Spectrum” below – a quite interesting contrast.

We’d like to congratulate the big winners from The Grammys last night, in particular the ones we had the privilege to work with recently. The biggest one that ‘everybody’s talking about’ is Esperanza Spalding as Best New Artist, beating out the ultra celebrity pop stars Drake and Justin Bieber. Arguments aside, we’re truly proud of the all the winners we got to work with, including Esperanza Spalding, John Legend & The Roots, Sade, and even Lady Gaga. Check out the full exhausted list here.

The Electrolightz Remix Yvette Rovira + MP3

The Electrolightz are at it again, and now, with the help of newcomer Yvette Rovira.  The well-known pop-electro-hip-hop group have been on a popular remix streak with Lady Gaga’s “Telephone” and “Bad Romance,” Mary J Blige’s “I Am”, La Roux’s “Bulletproof”, and now Yvette Rovira’s “Let’s Go Out Tonight”.  With a bit of the Electrolightz energy and spunk, the party anthem “Let’s Go Out Tonight” from her self-titled album Yvette Rovira becomes a real club banger to keep you out ’til the sun comes up.

Working with producer Rob Mounsey (Rihanna, Mary J. Blige), emerging artist Yvette Rovira has strong musical talents flavored with Latin-inspired percussion, funk and old-school R&B references, all sung with a distinctive power and passion.
