Our friend Amelia at Put Me On It just found another video of one of our mutual loves, Lianne La Havas, and we are ever so gracious. The lovely songbird performs “Don’t Wake Me Up” with just snaps from the audience as her backing. Talent for days. And the video is quite pretty as well.

Following their fourth studio album release, Blood Pressures (April 2011), The Kills invited filmmakers thirtytwo into their London studio to record live acoustic performances of three album tracks. Above we’ve featured our favorite acoustic, “Baby Says,” a sleepy melody perfect for feet-tapping and daydreaming in your nearest rocking chair. Check out the other two acoustics for “Pots and Pans” and “The Last Goodbye” on YouTube.
