New Release: Get Open – ‘The Week-End’

Hip-hop collective Get Open have just dropped their The Week-End album and we’ve got a taste for you a la the gritty, industrial namesake track!

The new LP is a feel-good Hip-Hop album that resonates with the diverse sounds of the city and its multi-cultural inhabitants. The Week-end features the uniquely distinct vocals of three amazing female singers; Joy Poirel, Marie Martin & Jordana Delovely. It also features world famous turntablist DJ Rob Swift, the production of stellar German beatsmith Glam of Main Concept and French producers Imhotep & Akhenaton from the legendary group IAM, while the majority of the album’s music production was done by Get Open members SibaGiba and VonMeista.
