The 14th Annual Sunset Soiree At WMC – March 26, 27
When we get to the beginning of March in New York, our minds turn to warmer thoughts and climates. The first sign of spring for us is our annual Sunset Soiree in Miami during WMC. Once again we will be back in full effect at The Delano Hotel for two nights poolside and one night of madness in The Florida Room.
Friday, March 26th
Levi’s presents Giant Step’s Sunset Soiree: A Night of Latin Flavors featuring exclusive DJ sets by Gilles Peterson & Bobbito Garcia a.k.a. Kool Bob Love with Nickodemus and a special performance by Chico Mann (Poolside at Delano, 7pm-1am)
This year we kick off the festivities poolside with exclusive sets by world renowned DJs Gilles Peterson, Bobbito Garcia aka Kool Bob and Nickodemus plus a very special live performance by Chico Mann. They will be bringing you the best in Latin flavors from around the globe (being in Miami, we say why not). Also, courtesy of our friends at Levi’s, we are bringing back “Hit + Run” to do more free customized T shirt prints (remember all the fun we had with them 2 years ago when they came to our Soiree with Erykah Badu!). Windows 7 presents Giant Step’s Sunset Soiree featuring a special performance by guest of honor Estelle with Rye Rye and DJs Alex Barck of Jazzanova, Christian Prommer, & Darek Mazzone. (Poolside at Delano, 8pm-1am)
On Saturday we are delighted to have as our guest of honor Estelle giving us an exclusive peek into her upcoming album All of Me. Baltimore native Rye Rye will be showing you how to shake it down along with the Alex Barck of Jazzanova and Darek Mazzone behind the wonder wheels. This event is free with RSVP. More Info | RSVP

Levi’s and Giant Step Present Exclusive DJ sets by Questlove & Gilles Peterson (The Florida Room at Delano, 10pm)
For the late night party goer we are bringing you a very special double bill: DJ Questlove accompanied by Yameen Allworld plus Gilles Peterson will be making you sweat in the Florida Room starting at 10pm.
