Just over 10 months ago, music industry legend of Atlantic Records Ahmet Ertegun passed away after falling into a coma at a Rolling Stones concert last October. Giant Step's very own Mehmet Dede will be paying homage to the great Ertegun this Thursday (10/25) from 2-4PM EST on East Village Radio. As part of a two hour special along with a 30 minute excerpt from a Memorial Tribute to Ahmet, Mehmet's 90 minute webcast exclusive will showcase Atlantic's journey through the many genres of its 60 year history. From R&B to psych-rock, disco and pop, you won't want to miss the musical treasures of tracks by Big Joe Thornton, The Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, Blind Faith, Chic, Stevie Nicks and others.
