New Tricky Record Due April

Perennial cornerstone of the Trip Hop/Electronica movement in the 90's Tricky returns from his 2003 LP Vulnerable with Knowle West Boy (name taken from the neighborhood in his native Bristol).

Though his most recent work lives in the shadows of his collaborations with Massive Attack and his solo debut Maxinquaye (1995), Tricky's ace up his sleeve may be in the form of Dave "Switch" Taylor, the producer responsible for the majority of M.I.A.'s stellar 2007 banger Kala. Knowle West Boy is due out in April on Tricky's own Brown Punk imprint.
