'Urban Angel' is the beautiful and haunting debut album from 23 year old, Philadelphia based, ex-Daughter Darling vocalist and songwriter, Natalie Walker. Recorded in Brooklyn and produced by Hip-Hop production team, Stuhr, it’s mix of Folk, Soul and Electronic. Natalie’s songs are infectious, honest and heartfelt and her vocal tone is unique. With musical influences ranging from Alison Krauss to Portishead, Jewel to Lauryn Hill, Beth Orton to Bjork, here she delivers her own unique sonic landscape that is at once organic, ethereal, and absorbing.

Natalie has a very active Myspace community with over 10,000 friends and the single ‘No One Else’ sold 2000 downloads on iTunes the first week it was released. Natalie is not new to many fans of Downtempo Electronic Music, she formed Daughter Darling in 2000 with Hip Hop producers Travis and Stephen Fogelman and they self-released the album ‘Sweet Shadows’ in 2003, selling 15,000 coies via the recommendation engines on CDBaby, iTunes, and Amazon.
