Legendary SF/NYC electronica pioneer DJ Scott Hardkiss is unleashing his most fully-realized vision yet: his highly-anticipated debut artist album Technicolor Dreamer, set to be released on his own new indie label God Within Recordings. While the majority of the album features a 21st century P-Funk or Prince's Revolution-style band (a sexy, diverse group of vocalists and musicians: musically-eclectic, multi-cultural, and poly-sexual), the album's first single "You're the Star" finds Scott playing every instrument himself (including drums, bass, keys, guitar & vocals), save one blazing guitar solo rocked by one Jose Luis Pardo (a.k.a. DJ Afro of Los Amigos Invisibles).
