release description

Mars is a place of ideas and inspiration, for the fighters of love and war. Created in Los Angeles, CA and Brooklyn, NY, Mars uses beats by such people as Felix Cartal, Boyz Noize, Fake Blood, Drop the Lime, Bloody Beetroots, Eliot Lipp, Shit Robot, Midnight Juggernauts, Kavinsky, and Thom Yorke. TK was able to transition these electronic instrumentals into full songs with creative illustration, whilst staying true to her hip-hop approach.

Mars was created and produced by Jr. In a very musical way, each track is an ode to the credited producers and artists. "I was always into electronic music…but with this we went all the way. Performing these songs do something to me. And for that I knew it would be a natural process."
