Dr. Martens is celebrating its 50th anniversary by enlisting ten contemporary bands and ten film directors to cover ten cult classic songs. So far the project has included The Noisettes, The Duke Spirit, Dam-Funk, Buraka Som Sistema, The Cinematic Orchestra, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, N.A.S.A., The Raveonettes, and Michael Davis of MC5 & D.O.A. reinterpreting classic tracks from the Buzzcocks, Sham 69, The Human League, Neneh Cherry, Jeff Buckley, The Pogues, Max Romeo, The Stone Roses, and Cold War Kids. The tenth and final track in the series is VERBAL + YOON's interpretation of The Runaways' single "Cherry Bomb" with a video directed by Yue Wu (released today). This digital DJ promo provides all 10 tracks from the series' album release.
