These days house music is infused with a bevy of international beats that connects people all over the globe. "Gotan" is "tango" scrambled and this crew deftly brings the sensual and sexy tango sounds of Argentina to their new album "La Revancha Del Tango." The Paris-based collective had huge success with their early singles "El Capitalismo Foraneo" and "Triptico" in 2000 and their hybrid sound has since been championed by DJs like Gilles Peterson, Herbert, Mr. Scruff and Jazzanova. The new U.S. version of "La Revancha Del Tango" comes with a bonus disc including a video for the song "Santa Maria" and remixes from Peter Kruder, Pepe Braddock, Kushite and Tom Middleton.
