release description

Agent K's debut album "Feed The Cat" epitomizes a new musical genre. Longtime member of UK production crew Bugz in the Attic and a significant influence on West London's broken-beat scene, the album was originally released in the UK on Laws of Motion. This domestic version of "Feed The Cat" is more concise and energetic, and full of funk and jazz beats that will delight dance floors everywhere. "Feed The Cat" features exclusive remixes by DJ Spinna and Blaze, and includes a guest appearance by Carleen Anderson (one time member of Brand New Heavies) on the first single "Rideaway Getaway." Other contributors include Vanessa Freeman, Izzi Dunn and Don Ricardo. One listen to this visionary album will convince you that multi-instrumentalist Agent K is "the Herbie Hancock of our generation."
