Pharrell Williams and Chad Hugo of the "in-demand" production team, The Neptunes, are best know for the revolutionary hits they created for Jay-Z, No Doubt, Justin Timberlake, Usher and others. N.E.R.D, The Neptunes' alter-ego, is a genre-defying group formed with fellow musicologist Shae Haley.
